How do I find a vacuum cleaner?

I’m looking for a bag type vacuum cleaner with a wand that is easy to use. I don’t like the kind with the hose plugged into the floor head because they are a pain to use. Budget is $80 or less.

If you want a good vacuum, you aren’t going to find one for that price. The best performing, least expensive vacuum we have tested is a bagless model, the Bissell CleanView at about $100.
